Q: What is the 'Malware Remover Tool' section in 'Delete ALL Traces' good for?
Short A: With this utility you can remove or rename difficult to delete or rename files such as any kind of malware.
Sometimes malware files are hidden, eg not shown in the browser folder dialogue. In such a case you can manually add files to be deleted/renamed too.
Notes:
- The computer has to be rebooted or shut down to remove or rename the files listed in the textfield.
- Traces left while surfing the Internet will also be deleted if any checkbox is ticked.
